The Warbler / Chicago, Illinois

The Warbler is inspired by the 19th Century German‐English agricultural community that developed the Lincoln Square neighborhood, as well as the sociable nature of the bird that is the restaurant’s namesake. The palette features earthy neutrals, highlighted with natural light from the vast array of windows and lime‐washed brick throughout the space. Material selections of glass and ceramic tile, custom graphics and groupings of plants play with the idea of dappled sunlight peeking through tree branches.
